Dubai Evleri is a website owned by Gate Istanbul, dedicated to real estate consultancy and marketing in the UAE. We present opportunities and projects in Dubai and the other emirates, and stand by you at every stage of your investment.
We started working in the UAE market, especially Dubai, in 2020, and have achieved successes and deals we are proud of.
Our head office is in Istanbul, and our team on the ground in the UAE serves investors wherever they are, in their own language: Turkish, Arabic or English.
We introduce you to the UAE and its areas, and explain where foreigners can own property and how ownership works in each emirate, the purchase and registration steps, and how your money is protected in the escrow account. All clearly, before you make your decision.

Our founder
Businessman and consultant in real estate investment, development and business development, working across Türkiye, the Gulf and the Middle East.
- Real estate: Founded Gate Istanbul Real Estate in Istanbul in 2012, expanded to the UAE in 2020 with Dubai Evleri, and to Saudi Arabia in 2024 with Kanes Al Foras Real Estate.
- Exhibitions and forums: Co-organised the first Gulf–Turkish Business Forum (December 2012) and property exhibitions in Istanbul; attended Cityscape Global in Riyadh (2023, 2024, 2025) and Cityscape Egypt (2025).
- Business delegations: Took part in Turkish business delegations and forums in Ukraine (2019), Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the UAE (2023), and Saudi Arabia and Egypt (2026).
- Memberships: Board member of the Arab-Turkish Businessmen Association (ARTİAD) and member of the Palestinian-Turkish Businessmen Association; Gate Istanbul is a member of the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce (İTO).
- Before real estate: Worked in development, media and technology; founded and led the web and social media department of TRT Arabi (2010–2016).
