The project’s standard 80/20 payment schedule from the developer’s materials: 20% on booking, then 1% monthly from month 3 to month 34, plus 8% in months 9 and 18 and 5% in month 27, then 5% at 80% completion and 5% at 90% completion, and 20% on handover.
