    The standard 80/20 payment schedule from the developer’s materials: 20% on booking, then 1% monthly from month 3 to month 42, plus 5% in months 8, 18, 28 and 38, then 2% at 80% completion and 2% at 90% completion, and 20% on the expected handover in July 2028.
