Dr. Kamel holds a doctorate in Criminal Law from Krasnoyarsk University in Russia and served as Assistant Professor and Head of the Law Department at the University of Palestine. Fluent in Russian and familiar with how business is done in Russian-speaking markets, he is the link between Russian-speaking investors and the real estate markets of Turkey, the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Kamel leads the real estate alliance of Gate Istanbul Real Estate, Dubai Evleri Real Estate and Kanes AL Foras Real Estate, where he is responsible for:

• Reviewing contracts and agreements before signing, in coordination with licensed lawyers in the country of investment, so that the investor’s rights are protected.
• Following each purchase step by step, from the first question to registering the property in the investor’s name.
