Who We Are

• Dubai Evleri Real Estate (dubaievleri.com) is a site set up by the licensed real estate consultancy company in Istanbul, GATE İSTANBUL GAYRİMENKUL DANIŞMANLIK SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ., for Dubai and UAE real estate.
• Our Founder and Chairman of the Board Eng. Fuad Badavi began the Gate Istanbul Real Estate project in 2011; the company began operating on 8 August 2012 and has operated under its current independent trade registry since 6 November 2014.
• About our founder: Fuad Badavi is a businessman, investor and adviser in investment and real estate development. He works in Türkiye, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Egypt, and is the founder of Gate Istanbul Real Estate (Türkiye), Dubai Evleri Real Estate (UAE) and Kanes Al Foras (Saudi Arabia). He has taken part in business delegations and international real estate exhibitions in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the UAE, Egypt and Ukraine.
• We advise investors on land and projects, villas and apartments, income-generating commercial real estate and after-sales follow-up.
• Our event experience: We were part of the team that organised the 1st Gulf–Türkiye Real Estate Investment and Development Forum in Istanbul on 5–7 December 2012, attended by more than 350 business people and investors.
• Dubai Evleri Real Estate, part of Gate Istanbul Real Estate, is a Dubai real estate investment and consulting company working from Istanbul since 2012. It offers DAMAC Properties projects to investors at the developer’s official prices under a signed agreement with the developer.
