dubaievleri.com is a website owned and operated by GATE İSTANBUL GAYRİMENKUL DANIŞMANLIK SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. (Gate İstanbul Gayrimenkul); it is not a separate company. Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), Gate İstanbul Gayrimenkul, as data controller, values the security of the personal data of visitors to our website and is committed to protecting this data in accordance with the KVKK.

This notice explains what data we collect through dubaievleri.com, for what purposes, how we protect it and what your rights are.

2. Data We Collect

• Contact data: your name, phone number, email address, message and any other information you write when you submit a contact or property enquiry form.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, submission time and the page from which the request was sent, for security and to prevent automated (bot) messages.
• Usage data: general statistical information about site visits obtained through cookies.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To answer your requests and questions and contact you by your preferred method.
• To provide the real estate advisory services you request.
• To protect the website and forms against automated messages and unlawful use.
• To improve the website and understand how it is used in general.

Legal basis: under Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK — the explicit consent you give when submitting the form, the performance of the service you request, and our legitimate interest in protecting the website.

4. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell your data or share it with any third party for marketing. Data may be processed, only as necessary, by technical service providers we use to run the website:

• Hostinger: website and email hosting.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: verifying that the person submitting a form is a real person, not a bot. More information: Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
• Google Analytics: general statistics about site visits.

We may also share the necessary data with the lawyers and authorised offices we work with, only where required to perform the service and with your knowledge.

Some of these providers may process data outside Türkiye; in that case, the transfer abroad is carried out in accordance with the safeguards set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.

5. Cookies

The website uses cookies that are necessary for its operation and security, as well as Google Analytics statistics cookies. You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings.

6. Retention Period

We keep data relating to contact requests for the duration of our business relationship and afterwards for the period required by Turkish law; at the end of this period the data is deleted or anonymised.

7. Data Protection

We take technical and administrative measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricting access to the relevant staff only.

8. Your Rights under Article 11 of the KVKK

• To learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it.
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in line with that purpose.
• To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom data is transferred.
• To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
• To request deletion or destruction of data.
• To request that corrections or deletions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred.
• To object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis of the data.
• To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (kvkk.gov.tr).

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy when necessary. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
